MADHAV NAGAR - 100 BEDED HOSPITAL
           
This is one of biggest building constructed during Simhastha 04. It was partly constructed in 1992 and completed in 2004.
It is one of the most sophisticated and well equiped Governemnt hospital building in the State. Cost of Project - 426 Lakhs

It is one of the prestegious deposit work performed by UDA. The building is picturious and also very functional. It is the first building in the area where the concept of structural glazing beautifully used.  Cost of Project - 250 Lakhs

PROVIDENT RESIDENTIAL CAMPUS

BUS STAND NANAKHEDA

It is the largest Bus stand in Madhya Pradesh having very beautiful architectural look and facilities. It was constructed during Simhastha 1992 and spread over approx 5 hect area. Cost of Project - 150 Lakhs

MAHAKAL DHARAMSHALA & PRAVACHAN HALL

These huge buildings were constructed to serve the pilgrims during Simhastha 1992. At a time approx 1000 spectators can be accomodated in the huge hall. Cost of Project - 138 Lakhs  

CONSERVATION OF VARIOUS TEMPLES

During Simhastha 04 UDA took over the challenge of conservation of ancient temples. It was highly sensative issue but UDA could able to attain the objective. In conservation of such temples, the main thrust was to retain the original shape and sculpture of the contemproary time.Cost of Project - 135 Lakhs

SPORTS ARENA

It is the first multipurpose sports arena for various sports activities in Ujjain city. It is spread over approx 4.00 hect area. The facilities available are Basket ball, Sketing ring, Cricket ground, Swimming Pool, foorball ground and Atheletics track. Cost of Project - 126 Lakhs

HARSIDDHI DHARAMSHALA

           
This is the most beautiful building constructed during Simhastha 04. 200 people can stay with all the sophisticated facilities. Presently it is managed and organised by Mahakal Mandir Samiti. Cost of Project - 90 Lakhs

KALIDAS ACADEMY

It is a centre for development of cultural and literary creation of great Indian poet "KALIDASA". It is venture of MP State Govt. for research and enhancement of fine arts. It is an international level institute of performing arts. Cost of Project - 70 Lakhs  
           

ENHANCEMENT AND CONSERVATION OF OBSERVATORY

           
This is the monument who tells that how rich and advanced our heritage is. It is the only functional obesevatory among four in India made by Sawai Jaisingh before 350 years. it is situated at the bank of sacred river Shipra with a bautiful natural landscape. It is famous for the annual PANCHANG of Hindus. Cost of Project - 50 Lakhs
